Who We Are
Our intimate team of doulas hails from many walks of life. We are advocates, parents, birthers, helpers, allies, cooks, adventurers, and more.
But most of all, we are committed to informed consent, a gentle and nonjudgmental approach, and ensuring that you feel held & educated during the transformative experiences that are birth and postpartum.
We will nurture you, empower you, keep you well-fed and rested, and support your choices and questions.
When your baby is born, you are also born as a parent. We’re here to hold you through that amazing (and sometimes overwhelming) shift in identity. Let’s connect!

Aly (Owner)
Birth and Postpartum (Days)
Welcome! I am Certified Labor & Postpartum Doula, Yoga Instructor, and hold my Masters degree in Social Justice. I am a nurturer and advocate! Clients have described me as empathetic, calm, appropriately humorous, knowledgeable, and unafraid to speak up to ensure that both the birthing person and baby are safe and comfortable. I strive to make every environment as empowering, warm, and equitable as possible. I am passionate about being a mama & partner, running, cooking, hiking my way through National Parks, finding the best lavender latte in town, and most of all, building meaningful relationships with others.

Nicole
Postpartum Doula (Days Only)
Nicole is a twin mama who loves to support other moms through the exciting chaos of the newborn stage. She is the oldest of four and started changing diapers at 3 years old and hasn't stopped since. She is a Corporate Meeting Planner by trade and loves to bring her organizational skills to the families she works with. Her love language is Acts of Service, so she loves jumping into and finding the ways that she can take things off your plate so that you can enjoy the newborn stage!
-

Tamara
Birth & Postpartum Doula (Nights Only)
Tamara is a mom of three (two of whom are also doulas, and one who is a Labor and Delivery nurse!). Her journey to doulahood began by supporting her own daughters' births. She used to be a corporate executive, so Tamara's approach is a lovely combination of loving and direct; she's an empathetic, soft place to land for clients, but a strong advocate for them in the hospital system. She's specially trained in Spinning Babies to ensure a smooth, efficient labor and delivery for mom and baby.

Jannely
Postpartum Doula (Nights)
Jannely is a mom of three whose journey into postpartum work was shaped by her own experience navigating early motherhood. She is a double-certified postpartum doula through ProDoula and ABG, specializing in overnight care focused on rest, recovery, and ease.

Arri
Birth and Postpartum Doula (Days)
Arri grew up in beautiful San Diego. After moving around in her post-graduate life, she moved back home to be close to family again, and of course the ocean. She has worked in non-profits, and as a teacher, and then found her way to the wonderful world of birth.
Her doula experience began several years ago at UCSD through the volunteer Hearts and Hands Birth Doula program. There she learned so much about labor, breastfeeding, postpartum support and much more. She gained my Birth and Postpartum Doula Certifications and also gained significant insight from those around me in the birth world.
Arri is a strong ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and would be more than happy to support any clients who are part of that community.

Jessie
Birth Doula
Hello! My name is Jessica—also known as Jess or Jessie—a birth doula proudly supporting families across Temecula and San Diego. My journey into birth work has been deeply personal, as I became a mother at seventeen and just recently welcomed a new baby to my family last summer.
Born and raised in southern Illinois and married to my wife who grew up in Israel, I blend Midwestern warmth with global perspective in every birth I attend. Having experienced motherhood as a teenager and supporting my wife through her cesarean journey, I understand firsthand the many ways birth can unfold.
My mission is to empower and uplift women of all ages—whether they choose home birth, a birth center, or a hospital setting—and to honor every birth story with compassion, respect, and celebration. I’d be honored to support you on yours.

Linh
Postpartum Doula (Nights) + Photographer
Hi, I’m Linh! I wear two hats that are both close to my heart - photographer, and postpartum doula.
As a postpartum doula, I walk alongside families during one of the most tender and transformative seasons of life, offering support, encouragement, and care as they settle into their new life with a newborn.
These roles allow me to do what I love most: help families feel seen, supported, and celebrated :)In addition to caring for you and your baby, I love to meal prep for clients, tend to laundry, and help you wake up feeling rested in a tidy space. I’m a mom to a beautiful daughter and love to travel with her when I’m not supporting families!
