Our Team

  • Nicole

    Postpartum Doula (Days Only)

Nicole is a twin mama who loves to support other moms through the exciting chaos of the newborn stage. She is the oldest of four and started changing diapers at 3 years old and hasn't stopped since. She is a Corporate Meeting Planner by trade and loves to bring her organizational skills to the families she works with. Her love language is Acts of Service, so she loves jumping into and finding the ways that she can take things off your plate so that you can enjoy the newborn stage!

  • Tamara

Birth & Postpartum Doula (Nights Only)

Tamara is a mom of three (two of whom are also doulas, and one who is a Labor and Delivery nurse!). Her journey to doulahood began by supporting her own daughters' births. She used to be a corporate executive, so Tamara's approach is a lovely combination of loving and direct; she's an empathetic, soft place to land for clients, but a strong advocate for them in the hospital system. She's specially trained in Spinning Babies to ensure a smooth, efficient labor and delivery for mom and baby.

  • Kenzie

Newborn Care Specialist & Postpartum Doula (Days & Nights)

Whether it’s navigating the complexities of infant care, addressing the postpartum emotional and physical shifts, or providing practical solutions, Kenzie is committed to creating a supportive environment that fosters confidence and ease for parents. Her approach is rooted in understanding and respect for the profound changes that new parents are experiencing, ensuring that they feel supported every step of the way and that their baby is given expert, nurturing care.

  • Ledale

    Postpartum Doula (Days & Nights)

Hi all! My name is Ledale and I am originally from Tennessee. I have a background as a daycare infant/toddler teacher, preschool teacher, and as a nanny. I have a bachelor’s in social work and while obtaining my degree, I worked as a case management intern with moms in substance use recovery and in lifestyle medicine working with a maternal population. I’m passionate about maternal and overall family wellbeing and health, and believe that starts in your postpartum. I’m here to help nurture, empower, and thrive!
